Disney has a ‘Guest Assistance Card’ for disabled visitors to Walt Disney World Florida who require assistance for wheelchair access to rides, or for guests with hidden disabilities who may be afraid of crowds etc. Cast Members will be on hand to help, just show them your card and they will assist you with your needs.
A card can be obtained from the Guest Relations Counter as you arrive at the park and can be issued for the length of your stay. If the disability is not noticeable it is advised that you carry a cover letter by your doctor to verify the condition.
