Epcot Beatles Tribute band is leaving.
The popular Beatles tribute band ‘The British Invasion’ will be leaving Epcot after performing at the United Kingdom Pavilion for 15years. New performers will be replacing them as soon as bookings are confirmed.

Celebrate the Royal Wedding at Walt Disney World Hotel Florida.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel is putting on an event for the British Royal Wedding. Guests and visitors can watch the wedding broadcast live on screens in the lobby of the Hotel. The event begins at 5.00am and the ceremony at 6.00am [11.00am London time]on display will be a replica of the engagement ring and a royal tiara both made from sugar. A special English style breakfast will also be available.

The Kennedy Space Center will keep Atlantis.
The Kennedy Space Center in Florida will be building a new exhibit to house the space shuttle ‘Atlantis’ when the shuttles retire. The announcement was given earlier this week.
The exhibit should open in 2013 at The Cape Canaveral location.
The remaining shuttles will go to museums in Washington and California. The prototype will be exhibited in New York.

‘The Great American Pie Festival’ will be once again held in Celebration Florida on April 9th and 10th 2011.
Pie lovers will gather from around the country to bake, compete and taste award winning treats, children can also take part in activities and competitions.
It is a free event, but if you want to enjoy The Never Ending Buffet there will be a charge of $10 for adults $5 for children.
